A formal quotation is issued outlining commercial terms. Upon agreement, both parties confirm transaction details, including payment structure and shipment schedule.

Aggregation & Preparation
Commodities are aggregated, sorted, and prepared according to agreed specifications. Packaging and shipment planning are finalized during this stage.
